Day of the Dead Marathon and Half Marathon Series Was a Hit!

As usual, Mainly Marathons put on another great 4 day event, Day of the Dead Series, which started out in El Paso, Texas for the 1st day, then off to Willcox, Arizona and finishing off day 3 and 4 in Las Cruces, New Mexico!  As usual, this event attracts many members from Fifty States Half Marathon Club, working towards their 50 States Half Marathon Challenge, 50 States Endurance Challenge, 100 Half Anywhere Challenge, or already on their way to their 500 Endurance Challenge!  The events have been a fun way to bring members together to knock out multiple states toward their 50 states in a shorter period of time, and have a lot of fun doing it!

 

 

Day of the Dead series was the last Mainly Marathon event series for 2013, and next up is another year of the Dustbowl Series, set to take place on March 22nd, 2014, covering 5 states (TX, OK, KS, CO, NM).
